Quilts of Valor: 2023 Alumni Reunion Weekend

The class of 1973 honored two of their fellow alumnae in a special way at the 2023 Alumni Reunion Weekend. The honorees were Trudy Hinson Brophy, C’73, and Colleen O’Conner Harris, C’73. Unfortunately, Colleen was unable to attend, but was still honored for her service.

These two women valiantly served our country as members of the United States Navy. Both rose in rank during their time in service. Trudy served from 1974 to 1980, and her final rank was Lieutenant Commander, Atlantic Command. Colleen retired in 1995 after 20 years of active duty as a Commander.
