Time To Pay It Forward

The University of Saint Mary is committed to giving those who never dreamed of going to college the opportunity to do just that. We champion the less fortunate who possess big dreams and an eagerness to realize their full potential.

At Saint Mary, students are given the opportunity to excel. They find community, discover their purpose—all while being nurtured to realize their God-given talents rooted in the tradition and values of the Sister of Charity of Leavenworth, Vincentian Charism, and Catholic faith.

All gifts to the Annual Fund become student scholarships to help pay students’ tuition so they are free to pursue their degrees without the burden and stress of college debt.

Scholarships empower students at Saint Mary. They give them the ability to pursue their degrees, graduate, and begin careers in fields vital to the economy such as nursing, education, business, physical therapy, sports management, and a variety of healthcare paths.

Thank you for your generosity and continued support of the Annual Fund. Because of you, we were able to provide $8 million in scholarship support last year.

We have until June 30 to meet our goal to raise scholarships this fiscal year. Please consider making a gift by giving securely online to the Annual Scholarship Fund at stmary.edu/Support

“I’m so grateful to the SCLs, and my Saint Mary professors. I came from a poor family, and I consider it a miracle that I had an opportunity to not only attend college, but graduate. This is why I give to the annual fund. It’s my turn to support the USM students of today and pay it forward by honoring those who helped me long ago” – Marie-Therese Caldwell Baker, C’71
