New Business Fraternity Debuts on Campus
A new chapter of the world’s oldest and largest international student business organization, Phi Beta Lambda (PBL) took root at Saint Mary this year. PBL is the collegiate division of Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL)—an organization founded in 1942.
“Saint Mary is the perfect fit for a chapter of PBL,” said USM’s PBL President Clayton Seward. “Faculty and staff are focused on building leadership skills and soft skills, and PBL is just one more way to enhance our academic experience and give us an edge—regardless of the profession we choose.”
